Education Moves the Mission – August 2024* A little late!

North Country HealthCare welcomed four new family medicine residents in July.

Each summer our residency programs undergo a major transition. One class of residents completes its training and those doctors leave for independent practice, and a new batch of recent grads join us for three fabulous and challenging years in northern Arizona. This year, we were thrilled to welcome four fantastic resident doctors to join the residency clinic in Flagstaff.

Marli Dunn, DO received her Doctor of Osteopathy from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University.  Dr. Dunn was born and raised in Arizona and completed her medical schooling in Glendale before making Flagstaff her home. Staying in her home state has allowed her to maintain her commitment to specific service organizations and causes, and she looks forward to serving the people of Arizona for years to come. In her free time, Dr. Dunn enjoys exploring new restaurants, volunteering, playing board games, and managing her fantasy baseball team.

Cambria LaCasse, DO received her Doctor of Osteopathy from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in AZ (SOMA) and was based in northern Arizona at the North Country HealthCare training site. During medical school, Dr. LaCasse developed a strong appreciation for rural medicine while working in community health centers and American Indian reservations scattered across northern Arizona Dr. LaCasse has a passion for serving underserved communities and her goal is to be a family physician who epitomizes empathy, advocacy, and holistic care

Dr. Olivas is committed to providing community-centered health care serving medically underserved populations in northern Arizona.

Anthony Paolucci, MD received his Doctor of Medicine from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. Prior to medicine, Dr. Paolucci was as a resident advisor at The Ohio State University, worked maintenance and repairs for a local school district, and served within the restaurant industry gaining an appreciation for hospitality. His leadership roles in medicine have included many roles within the NEOMED Student Run Free Clinic such as triage, senior team member, team leader, and as clinic chief. Anthony loves spending time outdoors exploring with his dog and best friend, Archie. He also enjoys four-wheeling, snowboarding, backpacking, camping, and listening to country music
