Teaching students and residents in our clinics is at the heart of our mission as a teaching health center. Preceptors help to mentor, guide, and empower northern Arizona’s future health professionals in all disciplines. This year’s Preceptors of the Year were selected from the pool of clinicians in medical, pharmacy, and dental who participated in teaching students and residents from July 2023 through June 2024. These clinicians not only teach an incredible number of hours, but they are also champions for supporting our mission as a teaching health center and inspire health career trainees every day.
