Future Faces of Family Medicine Fall 2024 Applications are Live!

The Colorado Plateau Center for Health Professions at North Country HealthCare presents a health career interest program for high school students, Future Faces of Family Medicine. The program will be begin on September 25th, 2024. Students will meet with our Family Medicine Resident Physicians once a week for 8-weeks to learn about different careers in healthcare, participate in hands-on workshops, and learn valuable skills to add to your college applications. We are looking for high school students (priority given to minority, lower income, or first-generation college backgrounds) who are interested in exploring a health career participate – no transcript required.

Program Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Students must be enrolled in high school to participate in our program.
  • Parent and school permission is required for participation in the program.
  • Must be available for all required workshops and program activities at North Country HealthCare’s 4th St clinic (2920 N 4th St. Flagstaff, AZ 86004) every Wednesday from 5-6:30pm from the end of September to November.
