The graduates from the Family and Community Medicine Residency program work to serve their communities all over, but one interesting stat is that 25% of our graduates decided to work for North Country post-graduation! Additionally, over 80% of our graduate’s work in primary care, and 60% work in rural areas.
2023 Graduates

Dr. Alex Lam, DO, graduated from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his Family Medicine Residency in 2023. He now works for the Department of Defense at Luke Air Force Base.
Dr. Tasha Harder, DO, graduated from AT Still University of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her Family Medicine Residency in 2023. She is currently part of the core faculty for the Family Medicine Residency at North Country HealthCare.


Dr. Dan Stutman, DO, graduated from A.T Still University of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona before completing his Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2023. He is currently working for HonorHealth in the Phoenix Arizona region.
Dr. Elizabeth Curtiss, MD graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine before completing the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2023. She currently resides in Phoenix, AZ.

2024 Graduates

Dr. Rachel Christopherson, MD graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine before completing the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2024. She currently resides and works in Littleton, CO for Colorado Permanente Medical Group.
Dr. Erinn Gallagher, DO graduated from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona before completing the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2024. She chose to stay employed with North Country HealthCare and is one of our primary care physicians at the Grand Canyon urgent care clinic.


Dr. Tyler Hanny, DO was a graduate of Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University before completing the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2024. He currently works for Intermountain Health in Logan, UT.
Dr. Jeff Quick, DO, completed medical school at Midwestern Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine before the Family and Community Medicine Residency. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at our residency, while also seeing patients at the North Country HealthCare Williams and Flagstaff University clinics.

2025 Graduates

Dr. Jenna Kay, MD completed her medical degree at University of Arizona College of Medicine-Tucson before graduating from the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2025. She chose to stay on at North Country HealthCare and is our most recent Family Medicine physician at the Williams clinic.
Dr. Skot Nielson, DO, completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine before graduating from the Family and Community Medicine Residency. He currently works for Revere Health in Utah.


Dr. Savannah Ottero, MD, graduated from Trinity School of Medicine before completing the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2025. She currently works for UCHealth in Colorado.
Dr. Jacob Somen, DO, graduated from Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine before he completed the Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2025. He currently lives and works in Texas, for Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.
